All fees must be paid on the first week of term. An admin charge of £5 per class will be added for all fees not paid within two weeks of term starting.

48 hours cancellation notice is required on all private lessons otherwise the lesson must be paid for. Please do not cancel via email/text/social media.

Any cheques returned from the bank will incur an administration charge.

All weekly classes must be paid for on arrival.

Please arrive on time for all classes. We may refuse admission if you have missed the warm up section, any injuries as a result of this you agree that Nicola's School of Dance Ltd is not liable.

Please turn off mobile phones during classes.

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear. Nicola's School of Dance Ltd is not liable for any injuries caused by inappropriate clothing/footware.

Chewing gum is strictly prohibited.

Nicola's School of Dance Ltd is only responsible for children during the times as stated on the class timetable.

In case of heavy snow please check the website/soclal media to see if your class is still running refunds may not be available if you are unable to attend.

All children/adults who have asthma or who use an inhalller must bring it to every class, as Nicola's School of Dance Ltd will not be responsible for this.

All staff of Nicola's School of Dance Ltd over 18 years have a full DBS check and are Liscened Chaperones with Hereford Council.
